Platform Usage Guidelines

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "K9Win" or "Platform" refers to the official k9win website accessible at https://k9win.vc along with all associated services, games, and mobile applications.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at k9win.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access k9win services.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited into or earned through gameplay in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by k9win to members in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which involves verifying a member's identity through official documents.

K9win only accepts registrations from individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country where access to k9win services is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other party.
• Has never had an account banned or suspended at k9win for any breach of terms.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

K9win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to have registered using false information or does not meet the eligibility criteria, k9win reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any winnings or fund balances held in that account.

Each member is permitted to register one account only at k9win. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same name, email address, phone number, or payment method, are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current should any changes occur.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Members are advised not to share their login credentials with anyone.
• K9win will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• Email verification is required to activate a new account.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever k9win deems it necessary to ensure your account's security. Commonly requested documents include a valid copy of your national ID, passport, or driver's licence.

K9win supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and local bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Maximum daily deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account status.
• All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• K9win does not store your credit or debit card details — all transactions are processed securely through licensed third-party payment gateways.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and are subject to bonus terms where applicable.

If you experience any deposit-related issues — such as funds being deducted from your bank account but not credited to your k9win account — please contact our support team within 24 hours and provide proof of the transaction. Investigations will be resolved within 3–5 business days.

Members may request a withdrawal at any time through the "Withdrawal" section in their account. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours upon successful verification, provided your account has completed the full KYC process.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for most payment methods.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit.
• Any winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• K9win reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will receive an email notification stating the reason for rejection. You may resubmit your request once the relevant issue has been resolved. For withdrawals delayed beyond the stipulated timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

K9win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, seasonal promotions and VIP programmes. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus value before withdrawals are permitted. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Maximum Betting Limit: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in place, a maximum single-bet limit may apply to prevent bonus abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games qualify towards bonus wagering requirements. Eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: In general, only one bonus may be active in your account at any one time unless otherwise stated.

K9win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If there is evidence of bonus abuse, such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, k9win reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and take further action against the account.

All games offered at k9win use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fair play. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• In the event of a technical disruption or internet disconnection during an active game, k9win will attempt to restore the game to the last verifiable state recorded on the server.
• Any bet confirmed and recorded by the k9win server is valid and binding.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and table, and are clearly displayed within the game interface.
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final provided there are no procedural errors verifiable through video recording.

K9win is not liable for any losses resulting from user device failure, user-side internet connection issues, or failure to comply with the applicable game rules.

K9win members are required to interact with the platform and other members in a respectful, honest and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other table games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Use of abusive, offensive, or threatening language in live chat or when interacting with the support team.
• Attempted identity fraud or document forgery during the KYC process.
• Any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities through the k9win platform.

K9win employs an advanced monitoring system that operates around the clock to detect any suspicious activity. Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all associated winnings and bonuses, and potential legal action where necessary.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the k9win support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all valid fund balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

K9win reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-closure request for responsible gaming reasons.

K9win provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous, uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, k9win shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any losses resulting from user device failure or user-side internet connection issues.
• Third-party content or actions related to the k9win platform.

Any claims relating to the use of the k9win platform must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the relevant incident. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

K9win respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. The collection, processing and storage of members' personal data is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering at k9win, you agree that k9win may use your data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance.
• Processing of financial transactions.
• Sending account-related communications, promotions, and service updates.
• Fraud prevention and detection of suspicious activity.
• Enhancing user experience through platform usage analytics.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and k9win regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings between both parties on the same subject matter.
